Killed near Lancaster during Monoco’s Raid on the afternoon of 22 Aug 1675 along with his wife Lydia (Lewis), 3 year old daughter Hannah, and an infant child.  (NEHGS: Massachusetts Vital Records to 1850, Lancaster, Vol. 1, pp 15-16)

“…The point of attack was the house of a Scotch settler, Mordecai Macloud, at the North end of the town, near what is now the North Cemetery. Seven persons were killed at this time [20 Aug 1675], viz., Mordecai Macloud and his wife Lydia, a daughter Hannah, aged four years, and an infant child…” Soldiers in King Philip’s War page 352.
